Where to start. We've stayed in many hotels, some Hiltons, but this was one of the best hotel experiences we ever had. The level of service, politeness and helpfulness is fantastic. We were welcomed by each and every staff member we encountered; whether it was in the hallway, at the pool, during dinner, ... without being annoying. Staffmembers were extremely child-minded and friendly. We had a lovely 2-bedroom familysuite overlooking the swimmingpool and waterfront. Facilities (not just room but the entire hotel) were very clean at all times, room was always tidy. Nice beds with soft linen, lovely sitting room. We received little snacks, fresh waterbottles and as we upgraded to halfboard and stayed in a suite, we also had access to the executive lounge. One night; our baby had cried throughout the night, which made us miss breakfast. Staff accommodated us in the executive lounge and no request was one too many. The hotel is so welcoming towards children. There's a lovely pool area (a separate playzone for kids if you like), high chairs, meals, crib, ... The restaurant offers a wide variety of international dishes, and they even have adjusted meals for children. Lovely poolarea with service at your poolbed. There's a wellness on site as well. Live entertainment in the evening at the cosy pool lounges. Free shuttle service to several places of interest on YAS. Taxis available. Very close to everything on YAS, 15min drive from the airport. This hotel did not just meet our expectations but exceeded these. We loved it.

The Hilton was an excellent choice for our Eid holiday in Abu Dhabi. The location was excellent, as not only was it a short drive from all the theme parks but it also was adjacent to Yas Bay, which was filled with wonderful waterfront restaurants. This also gave us a front row seat to the Yas Bay Eid fireworks, which were a brilliant and unexpected bonus. Despite being fully booked for the holiday, the hotel seemed to manage everything swimmingly. Breakfast ran smoothly, all our needs were attended to quickly, and the staff were lovely. The kids club was also a fantastic way to keep our three kids entertained for a bit so we could have some downtime too! We didn't spend much time in the hotel as we made great use of the complimentary theme park tickets each day, but it was super comfortable the whole time we were there and we wished we had more time to spend there.

Value for money for a family of 4: Deluxe King room had a pull out sofa bed which could easily accomodate 2 more ppl, we were a family of 4, room was big with a pool and bay view, separate WC and bathing area, separate dressing area. Best part was that for 2 nights we got 2 tickets/day as for 2 adults,me and my husband covered Seaworld and WB for free in 2 days, Beach club has free access for Hilton guests and an amazing infinity pool.Many of the guests are not even aware of this.The waterfront is just behind the hotel, has good views and restaurants. Breakfast selection is elaborate.

Breakfast was excellent with good variety of food, coffee was good. The room, bed and pillows were absolutely comfortable. It was easy to park there. Yas Island parks are in the price of stay and this is a great benefit. The location is nice, the waterfront is really great and has different modern restaurants. Cafe del Mar is next to the hotel. The hotel is comfortable with kids, the pool was also very nice and has enough of sun-beds.

The room is family friendly for several reasons, the sofa bed is big and comfortable for 2 children, the toilet is separate and it has its own tiny sink and the bathroom has a shower and bathtub, which was practical for a family of 4 in one room, the closet has a door, the room also had a moving dining table and many drawers and cupboards, it was one of the best family rooms ive ever been to
